By using VibeTalk, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

⚠️ Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use VibeTalk. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Acceptable Use

When using VibeTalk, you agree NOT to:

Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Engage in any illegal activities
Attempt to record conversations without consent
Impersonate others or misrepresent yourself
Use automated systems to abuse the service
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform

3. User Conduct

You are solely responsible for your conduct during calls. VibeTalk is not responsible for the behavior of other users. If you encounter inappropriate behavior, you can:

End the call immediately (hang up button)
Skip to another user
Report serious violations to us

4. No Warranty

VibeTalk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free service
The quality or behavior of other users
Perfect call quality (depends on your internet)

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeTalk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue VibeTalk at any time without prior notice. We may also update these terms, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

7. Account Termination

While we don't have traditional accounts, we reserve the right to block access to users who violate these terms, including but not limited to IP blocking.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to arbitration under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
